We have something like 60,000 thoughts a day. Which is slightly crazy, but in reality you are only aware of a small percentage of what you are actually thinking and many of the thoughts are unfortunately negative in nature. You maybe thinking so what, why does this matter. Well if you are happy living in a reality of stress and poor health keep going, BUT, if you are trying to make changes to your life and part of the change is because you wish to have a more joyful and fulfilling life then keep reading.
I am a very empathic person, which means I am very sensitive and can feel others energy/emotions/pain and take them on as my own. There are ways to help protect your energy so you don't get bogged down with everyone else's energy. So one way to look at it, what is mine is mine and what is yours is yours!!
"I have a gut feeling that".....this very statement means you are paying attention to your intuition. Let go and embrace your inner woo woo.

The way I look at energy healing is trying to clear out the old and bring in the new.
Before I had my daughter and went on maternity leave I was a full-time dietitian. Science and the human body is something I have always loved leaning about and how the body works. Even though science is important to me, my spirituality lights me up. When I was younger I could see and sense things most people won’t notice - my dad use to say that I was just super sensitive. Sadly my dad passed away when I was 12 and what I used sense also went away. I guess the grief I felt dimmed my inner light and I lost some childhood innocence.
here are so many different ways to help support your own wellbeing. Perhaps you meditate, do yoga, drink juices, use crystals, read wellbeing books and social media posts, say affirmations, listen to podcasts, journal, the list goes on.
The wellbeing industry is in our faces everyday when we turn on social media, watch TV, listen to the radio or read a magazine. How can we forget to look after ourselves? Despite there being such great support and advice to help us on on life journey we can feel the pressure to ensure it is something that we have to do everyday. Choosing to do something that makes you feel good can get lost and what you choose to do to ensure your wellbeing becomes a chore and something to tick off your list at the end of the day.
