Everything – including us – is made of energy. Crystals have a much higher vibration than we do. So when you bring a crystal into your own energy, it shifts something within you, improving your physical, emotional and spiritual well being.

Working with crystals

We’re all different and so we all need different crystals to help us. I can help you connect to the crystals that will best support you through Crystal Healing or a Crystal Connections session.

1:1 Crystal Healing

Crystal healing restores balance and helps you to feel more grounded and relaxed. It works by removing any blocks around your chakras to improve energy flow. Most of my clients end the session feeling so good they don’t want to get off the couch!

What to expect?

1. At the start of your session, I’ll present you with a variety of crystals and show you how to intuitively choose the ones you’re drawn to. This is a very special and important part of the process – tapping into and learning to trust your own inner knowing.

2. You’ll make yourself comfortable on my treatment couch and then I’ll place your crystals on your chakra points (the seven main energy points)

3. I might then add more crystals around your body throughout the rest of your 1-hour-long session.

4. You’ll simply relax and enjoy the beautiful experience of profound crystal healing.
