Coffee Cake & Crystals Workshop

You are invited to come and experience the amazing energy of crystals. I look at crystals as unique beings with their own beautiful vibrations. So many of us own crystals, but you may not be sure how to use them in your everyday lives. 

I would love to share with you my love of crystals and how we can stop being passive with them and learn to actively use them.

The workshop will start and end with guided meditations. The session will cover:

  • Background of crystals

  • How to choose crystals

  • How to actively use crystals in your life 

  • Setting intentions with crystals 

  • Getting intuitive with crystals 

  • Cleansing your crystals

  • Participate in activities to help with connecting with crystals 

  • Experience healing with crystals

And of course coffee and cake to help ground us, as we will all be having so much energetic fun 😉
