Pink amethyst is a recent discovery from Argentina and it is a form of quartz. The beautiful colour range of pink is due to hematite inclusions.

• Pink crystals are usually connected to the heart chakra and this beautiful crystal absolutely connects to your heart space.

• When I saw this crystal for the first time it took my breath away. It is so beautiful and instantly I felt calm and connected to my true self. Pink amethyst is new to me and I was not sure how it could support me. Through meditation I felt its energy connect directly through my heart space and travel up through my crown and also down my lower chakras grounding me to the Earth. This was not a complete surprise due to the quartz and hematite. What surprised me was the deep connection that was being created to my true self, my soul.

• This connection was strong and the message I received is about living life with an open heart consciously and compassionately. We live in an existence of comparison and judgement, but you can make a choice to be more conscious about your thoughts of yourself and others. Open yourself to the possibility of change and see how your reality can be transformed.
