I have found fluorite to be an essential crystal in my tool kit. Life can be overwhelming while I juggle lots of different parts of it. When I bring Fluorite into my auric field I feel relief and when I need to focus fluorite is my perfect companion.

Why? It helps to balance both sides of the brain, harmonizing them and relieving confusion and cluttered thoughts, including when your are feeling emotional and fearful of the future.

It is wonderful to travel with a piece of fluorite on you or while I am working at my desk I have a fluorite point that helps me focus on a task or project I am doing.
